History & Growth

Company Established
Top This Chocolate opens its doors in Ventura, California!
Covid 19 - As you can imagine, business slowed down a bit, but we offered:
  • ‣ online ordering
  • ‣ contactless and curbside pickup
  • ‣ shipping to customers who couldn’t come into the local store
Our customer base grew in spite of the pandemic and everyone became more loyal, helping spread the word.
Expansion of Business
Shana decided to research and learn more about expansion options that were best for the brand. Customers visiting from out of town constantly asked if the Ventura store was the only one and wished they could have a Top This Chocolate in their town.
Franchising !!!
